April 29, 2024 – Attorney Newmark Wins Dismissal Of Felony Drug And DWI Charges

Attorney Newmark’s client was charged with Felony Drug and DWI charges in St. Croix County (Hudson) Wisconsin following the search of his client’s vehicle without a warrant. Newmark filed a motion challenging the legality of the search as it was without probable cause. Newmark drafted a memorandum in support of his motion. Upon receipt of the memorandum, the State dismissed all charges. The client was facing a maximum of six years in prison on the felony driving charges and 3.5 years on the felony drug charge, as well as a lifetime revocation of her driver’s license.
