August 1, 2024 – Attorney Newmark Earns Top Count Acquittal On Intentional Murder Charge

Attorney Eric Newmark’s client was charged in Olmsted County (Rochester) with intentional murder stemming from a shooting in a public parking lot. Newmark argued to the jury his client was acting lawfully in defense of his brother.
