November 25, 2024 – Attorney Newmark Earns Acquittals In Felony Charges

Attorney Eric Newmark’s client was charged with five felony offenses in Ramsey County. Prior to trial, three of the charges were dismissed by the Court on statute of limitations grounds. Following a trial, Newmark’s client was acquitted on the two remaining charges. Three of the charges carried maximum sentences of 30 years in prison; the other two carried maximum sentences of 25 years.
