September 24th, 2024 – Attorney Newmark earns dismissal in felony drug charges in Hennepin County Minnesota

Eric Newmark’s client was charged with felony drug sale. Newmark filed a motion to suppress evidence seized without a warrant. Less than two weeks after the motion was filed, the state dismissed all charges. Newmark’s client faced a maximum penalty of five years in prison.
